Experience Ambassadors Boost Consumer Engagement
0 CommentIn August, JLL launched the Elevate the Experience webinar series aimed at making our property management teams Experience Ambassadors for their centers.
The first webinar started with the basics – What Is an Experience? It Starts at the Ring Road, went through big and small ways to enhance shoppers’ journeys from the moment they step on the property. From mega seasonal promotions that integrate online and brick-and-mortar to integrating outdoor and community space into programming, there is an experience to be had at every price point.
The second webinar, How Do You Make an Experience a Sales Driver, focused on retailers and how they are creating experiences for their shoppers that translate into sales. From American Girl’s Girl of the Year release that was a strategic sales driver to Finish Lines’ attention grabbing experience flagship experience, we went through how a shopping center can also encourage sales by tapping into these retailer offerings.
The third webinar, Experiences You Can Put into Action featured new experiences that can be done in a center on a small or large budget. We explored brands that are encouraging brand engagement in big and small ways, from LUSH cosmetics social campaign that is consumer generated that draw in shoppers of all age and demographics, to the Patriots Score and Sip Bud Light touchdown glass that uses Bluetooth to connect you to any game day.
We plan to continue this programming throughout 2017 and into 2018 and launched an Elevate the Experience newsletter for JLL Property Management teams to share ideas around the portfolio of some of the best experiences they are creating at their center.
