I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Scott through JLL Retail Leadership events since 2016. He was always a bright light and a true leader within our organization. To his family, friends and colleagues across the country, I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. Sending you our love and condolences from Atlanta.
    Sincerely,

Scott was my best friend for the past 42 years and he was indeed the most passionate, dedicated, hardest working, caring, warm, sincere, loyal, and genuine person I have ever met in my life. I knew Scott since high school, went to U of Iowa and lived with him in our fraternity for 3 years and then after we graduated from Iowa until we both met our respective wives. He had 3 beautiful children with his first wife, Karen, and my sincere condolences to Karen, Brett, Blake and Bradley Kaplan. He was the best person I have ever met and my life was much better because of Scott. He was indeed a retail champion for his clients and the companies who were fortunate enough that had him as an employee (CBRE and JLL), but more importantly he was a beautiful person. Love, Lowell
