Retail transaction volume may have been down in the beginning of 2013, but now the market is busier than ever. JLL is predicting an uptick in retail investment sales by at least 10 percent in 2013, with investors who had formerly been focused on Class A properties moving up the risk spectrum to those B and C assets in search of higher yields.
